Mr. Prof. Dr. Fuat Bayram graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law in 1994. After completing his legal internship at the Istanbul Bar Association, he began his academic career as a research assistant at the same university. 

Mr. Prof. Dr. Fuat Bayram has over 25 years of experience in all areas of private law, particularly labor law, both at the academic level and in practice. 

Mr. Prof. Dr. Fuat Bayram, who also served as the founding rector of Kocaeli Health and Technology University, has served as an expert witness in Istanbul courts for a long period alongside his academic duties and has provided legal consultancy to Türkiye's leading companies.

Currently serving as a faculty member at Marmara University, Prof. Dr. Fuat Bayram is married and has two children.
