Mr. Recep Beyazkılıç is a graduate of Gazi University, Ankara, Department of Banking, and has more than 40 years of experience in both the public and private sectors.

In the public sector, he served as Tax Inspector at the Ministry of Finance, Deputy Head of the Istanbul Tax Audit Office, Director of Tax Offices, Revenue Director, Advisor to the Presidency and Head of Department at the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF), as well as Board Member at Ticaret Bank and RCT (Information Technologies) Asset Management. During his tenure in the public sector, he attended seminars on communication and time management, auditing techniques, and performance evaluation. He also took part in working groups on anti-bribery and anti-corruption, ethics, and regulatory research and development. He holds CPA (Certified Public Accountant) and KGK (Public Oversight Authority) Independent Auditor licenses.

In the private sector, he has served as CEO of Avrupa Educational Institutions, Coordinator and Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Kocaeli University of Health and Technology and Cyprus University of City Island, and Advisor to the Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Fenerbahçe University.

He is the author of 7 professional books and 9 articles published in various professional journals.
